Refunds and exchanges are based on good faith. Please ensure that the product meets the following conditions:

- The product must be clean, in good condition, and include all original accessories.
- The product must not have been tampered with, disassembled, or attempted to be repaired.
Specific Conditions by Product Type:
- Electronics: Refunds are only granted if the product does not power on or fails to perform its intended function.
- Clothing: Exchanges are allowed if the size does not fit your pet. If the correct size is available, it will be sent as a replacement. If not, a refund will be issued.
- Toys: Must be unused to qualify for a refund.
